Bill Lord

Bill Lord has over 20 years of experience in the IT and security industry. Bill is currently serving as the Sr. Director of IT Security and Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) at Krispy Kreme since January 2020.

Before their current role, Bill worked at Family Dollar for almost 20 years. Bill'spositions at Family Dollar include Director of IT Security Governance, Risk, and Compliance, Divisional Vice President of Technical Services, Director of IT Security, Director of Enterprise Architecture, and Manager of Application Design.

During their tenure at Family Dollar, Bill implemented various programs and strategies to enhance information security, risk management, and compliance. Bill also played a key role in standardizing infrastructure and supporting the company's growth initiatives.

With their extensive experience and expertise, Bill has successfully contributed to the success of both Krispy Kreme and Family Dollar in their IT security and technology initiatives.

Bill Lord, CISM holds a Bachelor's degree from Northeastern University. Bill also possesses a CISM certification from ISACA.
