Kittie Pearson

Kittie Pearson has extensive work experience in the IT and compliance fields. Kittie started their career as a Developer at Lincoln Financial Group in 1988 and worked there until 1998. Kittie then joined Krispy Kreme Doughnut Corporation as the Director of Compliance and served in this role for 13 years. In 2011, they joined Technology Concepts & Design, Inc. as the Managing Director of Compliance & Client Data Services until 2014. At Krispy Kreme, they held various positions including Director of Information Technology, GRC and currently serves as the Senior Director of IT, GRC and CPG Solutions, a role they have held since 2016. In their current position, they are responsible for managing internal and external IT resources, developing and maintaining enterprise IT strategy, and providing strategic direction and leadership to the team.

Kittie Pearson, CISM holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in International Business from High Point University, Norcross Graduate School, which they earned in 2002. Kittie also has a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Computer and Information Systems Security/Information Assurance from High Point University, obtained in 1998.

In addition to their educational achievements, Kittie Pearson has obtained multiple certifications throughout their career. Kittie holds the Certified Information Security Manager® (CISM) certification from ISACA, which they obtained in 2015. Kittie is also a PCI Professional (PCIP) and has earned the Internal Security Assessor (ISA) certification from the PCI Security Standards Council, both obtained in 2014. Furthermore, they are a Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP/IT) from the IAPP - International Association of Privacy Professionals, a Green Belt Certified - Lean Six Sigma from North Carolina State University (2014), and a Certified E-Discovery Specialist (CEDS) from the Association of Certified E-Discovery Specialists (ACEDS), obtained in 2012. Kittie Pearson obtained their first ISA certification from the PCI Security Standards Council in February 2011.
