Nicola Steele is an accomplished executive with extensive experience at Krispy Kreme, where leadership roles span from Crew Member to Chief Operating Officer, a position held since March 2025. Prior roles include CEO/President of Krispy Kreme Australia & New Zealand from February 2011 to March 2025, where Nicola spearheaded efforts to establish the brand as the Most Loved Sweet Treat Brand in the World. Expertise includes end-to-end operations management across retail, manufacturing, and supply chain, as well as successful network expansion initiatives that significantly increased retail locations.
