Craig Heide

Craig Heide has a strong background in human resources, with extensive experience in leadership roles. Craig is currently serving as the Vice President of Human Resources at Krispy Krunchy Foods, LLC since June 2022. Prior to this, they held the same position at Blake's Lotaburger from March 2021 to June 2022.

From 2019 to 2020, Craig worked as the Chief People and Culture Officer at Border Foods Companies, where their responsibilities included overseeing HR operations. Before that, they were the Vice President of Human Resources at the same company from June 2017 to March 2019.

Craig also served as the Senior Director of Human Resources at Caribou Coffee from December 2005 to May 2017. Craig led various HR teams and focused on driving engagement, retention, and leadership development.

Earlier in their career, Craig held the position of Vice President of Human Resources at Champps Entertainment, Inc from February 1997 to August 2005. Craig also worked as the Director of Human Resources at Boston Market - BCE West from October 1994 to March 1996.

Craig Heide has studied Humanities, Social Sciences, and Education at Purdue University.
