Jeanne Cullen

Jeanne Cullen has extensive work experience in the legal field. Jeanne served as the Senior Vice President & General Counsel at Krispy Krunchy Foods, LLC from March 2017 to the present. In this role, they were responsible for managing all legal matters and played a key role in the company's domestic and international expansion. Prior to that, Jeanne worked as a Partner at Perkins Coie LLP from October 2002 to March 2017, and as an Associate at Cahill, Christian & Kunkle, Ltd. from 1999 to 2002.

Jeanne Cullen obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business Administration and Management from Loyola University Chicago in 1992. Jeanne then pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree from the Quinlan School of Business at Loyola University Chicago, completing it in 1993. Following this, they attended the Chicago-Kent College of Law, Illinois Institute of Technology, where they earned a Doctor of Law (J.D.) degree between 1993 and 1997.
