Jim Norberg

Jim Norberg started their work experience as the French Fry Guy at McDonald's in 1981 and served in various roles, including Vice President & General Manager and Senior Vice President, before becoming the Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer for McDonald's USA. Jim led multiple initiatives to improve operations, profitability, and guest experience. After leaving McDonald's in 2015, Jim worked at JN CONSULTING from 2016 to 2019. Jim then joined Papa John's International as the Chief Operating Officer from 2019 to 2022. Currently, Jim serves as the President of Krispy Krunchy Foods, LLC since 2023.

Jim Norberg attended California State Hayward and studied Business Administration and Management. Jim completed their education in 1987. Jim also participated in the Global Leadership Development Program. No further details are provided about this program.
