Gudrun Svensson

Gudrun Svensson has extensive experience in early childhood education and organizational development. Currently serving as Kommunalsjef barnehager and Rådgiver oppvekst at Kristiansand kommune since July 2019, Gudrun previously held the position of Enhetsleder at Møllestua barnehage, a key facility in Kristiansand. As a freelancer since 2008, Gudrun specializes in courses and lectures on organizational development, work joy, communication, and motivation. Gudrun has also worked as a writer for Mediehuset Fædrelandsvennen and Kristiansand Avis, and as daglig leder at Vågsbygd FUS barnehage, which became the largest private kindergarten in Kristiansand. Gudrun's educational background includes a Master’s degree in Barnehagekunnskap and multiple degrees from the University of Agder, emphasizing pedagogy and leadership.
