Jane Green

Jane Green has over 24 years of experience in contracts and compliance management. Jane began their career in 1996 as a Project Contracts Administrator at PB Farradyne. In 2000, they joined Synergy Inc. as Director of Contracts and was responsible for advising management of, and establishing, monitoring and executing contract administration policies and procedures. In 2005, they moved to Futron Corporation as a Contracts Manager and was responsible for pre-award and post-award contract administration and management. In 2008, they joined Porter Novelli as Manager of Government Contracts and Pricing and was responsible for the overall Contract Administration and Pricing for all government contracts. In 2010, they joined Catapult Technology as Director of Contracts and was responsible for managing the contractual matters of four business entities. In 2014, they moved to Creative Computing Solutions, Inc. (CCSi) as Director of Contracts and directed a team of contracts management professionals. In 2015, they joined Logistics Systems Incorporated as Senior Director, Contracts and Administration and served as the primary point of contact for all contractual matters. Finally, in 2020, they joined KRJ Consulting, LLC as Vice President of Compliance and was responsible for planning and directing the development and implementation of efficient business operations, and for ensuring cost-effective compliant systems to meet current and future needs of the organization.

Jane Green obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science and International Relations from the University of California, Los Angeles between 1977 and 1982. In March 2022, Jane Green obtained a Certified Schedules Contract Manager certification from Centre Law & Consulting, LLC.
