Andrea Glawe is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in technical sales and research and development within the textile and coating industries. Currently serving as the Regional Sales Director for Asia-Pacific at KROENERT GmbH & Co KG since March 2012, Andrea Glawe oversees sales and support across the region. Previous roles include Director of R&D, where responsibilities encompassed leading all company R&D activities and managing projects with external partners, as well as R&D Leader at DRYTEC Trocknungs- und Befeuchtungstechnik GmbH & Co KG. Andrea Glawe also brings valuable leadership experience from positions such as Deputy Sales Director at Coatema Coating Machinery GmbH and Scientist at TITV e.V. Additionally, Andrea Glawe contributes to the industry as a member of the Women’s Leadership Committee at AIMCAL and as Chair of the LOPEC Strategic Advisory Board at OE-A.
