Tanya LaCome is an experienced professional in guest experience and customer service management, currently serving as Senior Manager of Guest Experience at Kroenke Sports & Entertainment since September 2014, where key responsibilities include overseeing event staff and acting as the primary contact for the Guest Experience department at DICK's Sporting Goods Park.
