Tim Moore

Tim Moore serves as the Board of Education Director for District B in the Douglas County School District since February 2024. Maintaining a diverse professional background, Tim works as an Authenticator for Major League Baseball, a Security Professional for Kroenke Sports & Entertainment, and provides Outdoor Services Support for Seven Stones Chatfield, all since September 2021 or shortly thereafter. Involvement in nonprofit organizations includes serving as a Board Member for Continuum of Colorado and The Crisis Center, focusing on services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Tim's law enforcement career spanned over three decades at the Douglas County Sheriff's Office, culminating in the roles of Captain and Chief Deputy, with additional responsibilities as a Regional SWAT Commander. Educational qualifications include degrees from the University of Virginia, Colorado State University Global, Northwestern University Center for Public Safety, and an Associate of Arts and Sciences in Criminal Justice from Arapahoe Community College.
