Jan Johanson is a Partner at Krogerus, where they regularly advise domestic and international clients in private equity, M&A, and real estate and construction matters. With extensive experience in transactional assignments and financing arrangements, Jan has received recognition for successfully guiding numerous venture capital transactions and currently leads the Venture Capital team. Prior to their current role, Jan served as a Legal Adviser at the Finnish Defence Forces and held various positions, including Counsel and Senior Associate, at Krogerus and Castrén & Snellman, respectively. Jan earned Master's Degrees in Law and Finance from the University of Helsinki and Hanken Svenska Handelshögskolan.
