Eka Novianti, CHRP, CODA, possesses extensive experience in human resources and operations management. Currently serving in a Human Resources position at KROHNE since June 2023, Eka previously held the role of Administration and HR Manager at DHI from September 2017 to January 2021, focusing on the complete recruitment process and employee transitions. Prior experience includes being the Operation Manager at SIS Group of Schools, where responsibilities encompassed managing expatriate work permits, school compliance, and facility management from May 2013 to August 2017. Earlier roles involved freelance research for the Ministry of Education and Culture Republic of Indonesia, where Eka contributed to various educational inspections, and a position at PT Panen Lestari Internusa, specializing in vendor relations and inventory management. Eka holds a Bachelor's degree in Public Administration from Universitas Katolik Parahyangan, achieved in 2007.
