Alexander Smith

Alexander Smith is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in real estate valuation and project management. Currently serving as a Director at Kroll since July 2019, Alexander provides valuation advice for secured lending, financial reporting, and taxation to a diverse clientele, including banks and private equity firms. Prior to Kroll, Alexander held various positions at Savills from January 2016 to June 2019, where responsibilities included valuing residential development sites and managing energy and infrastructure projects. Alexander began professional career at Savills as a Graduate Surveyor and later contributed as a Renewable Energy Assistant. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Real Estate Investment and Finance from the University of Reading and a Bachelor of Science in Geography from Oxford Brookes University.
