Alexandre Pierantoni

Alexandre Pierantoni is the Managing Director and Head of Brazil Corporate Finance at Kroll, bringing over 30 years of experience in buy and sell side M&A advisory services across Brazil, Latin America, and the USA. Prior to this role, Alexandre served as a Partner at PricewaterhouseCoopers, where they were recognized as the Private Equity and Education Industry Leader in Brazil, and at Pactor Finanças Corporativas. Alexandre also mentors emerging M&A professionals through ENDEAVOR and has an MBA in Finance from FGV Brazil, along with degrees from MIT and Northwestern University.
