Anqi Shan

Anqi Shan is currently a Senior Manager in Expert Services at Kroll, starting in December 2023, where the focus is on applying economic and econometric analysis to competition policy issues and commercial disputes. Prior to this, Anqi Shan worked as a Senior Analyst at Compass Lexecon from September 2020 to November 2023, conducting economic analysis for antitrust cases and drafting expert reports while supervising junior colleagues. Earlier experience includes positions as a Research Assistant at UAB - Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona and CEMFI, where assistance was provided to Professors Joan Llull and Joan Monras in their respective research projects. Anqi Shan also interned at Compass Lexecon in 2018, contributing to the Madrid office's energy and competition practices. Academic qualifications include an MSc in Econometrics and Mathematical Economics from The London School of Economics and Political Science, a Bachelor's Degree in Economics from Universidad Carlos III de Madrid, and exchange studies at Fudan University and the University of California, Davis.
