Carine Tourneur

Carine Tourneur serves as the Managing Director and Head of Valuation Advisory Services for Kroll in France since June 2014, offering financial advisory focused on independent valuation for mergers, acquisitions, reorganizations, and litigation. Prior to Kroll, Carine Tourneur held the position of Partner at Deloitte Finance from December 2001 to January 2014, specializing in valuation and financial modeling. Earlier career experiences include leadership roles in financial public relations and corporate finance at various firms, including W&Cie, ACTUS finance & communication, and KBC Securities. Carine Tourneur began professional endeavors in corporate finance at Banque Indosuez Belgique, where responsibilities included M&A advisory and capital market analysis. Academic qualifications include a degree from the University of Namur, additional training from the Belgian Association of Financial Analysts, and studies at Collegio de Mexico and the International Monetary Fund.
