David Jiménez-Ayala

David Jiménez-Ayala currently serves as the Head of Commercial Expert Services in LATAM & IBERIA and Co-Leader of Expert Services in LATAM & IBERIA at Kroll, a position held since September 2021. Prior to this role, David was a Managing Director at Duff & Phelps from February 2015 to September 2021, where responsibilities included leading GRID and heading Corporate Finance Disputes & Investigations in Iberia. David's professional journey began at KPMG Audit as an auditor and consultant in Spain and Germany, followed by positions at Citibank and Repsol YPF. An extensive educational background includes a CFA in ESG Investing from the CFA Institute, a course in Law and Economics from Harvard Law School, and participation in the Executive Program in Mergers & Acquisitions at Stanford University, among other prestigious programs.
