David Larsen

David Larsen is a Fair Value Reporting Expert focused on the alternative asset market, specifically private equity and venture capital. Currently serving as a Managing Director at Kroll since 2021, they bring over 40 years of experience in transaction, valuation, and accounting. Larsen has held prominent roles within the International Private Equity and Venture Capital Valuations Board and the Financial Accounting Standards Board’s Valuation Resource Group. They previously worked as a Managing Director at Duff & Phelps from 2006 to 2021 and were a Partner at KPMG for over two decades. Larsen earned a Master of Accountancy degree from Brigham Young University.
