David Ptashne

David Ptashne, ASA, CFA, is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in valuation and financial analysis. Since January 2022, David has served as Director at Kroll, following the company's rebranding from Duff & Phelps in February 2021. David's tenure at Duff & Phelps spans nearly 13 years, including roles as Director from July 2009 to January 2022 and Vice President from 2003 to 2009, where responsibilities included a broad range of valuations for various purposes such as tax and M&A. Previous experience includes positions at Standard & Poor's Corporate Value Consulting as Senior Associate, Walgreen Company as Analyst, and Accenture as Analyst. David holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance with High Honors from Gies College of Business at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
