Diana Shih

Diana Shih is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in restructuring administration. Currently serving as Controller for Kroll's Restructuring Administration Practice since June 2018, Diana previously held the same title at Prime Clerk prior to its integration into Kroll. Prior to these roles, Diana earned valuable experience as a Manager at Marks Paneth LLP from June 2011 to June 2018 and as an Assurance Senior Associate at PricewaterhouseCoopers from January 2006 to June 2011. Diana holds a Master's degree in Accounting and a BBA in Accounting from the Texas McCombs School of Business, completed in 2005 and 2005, respectively.
