Ezequiel Botella is a seasoned professional in valuation and financial advisory services, currently serving as Managing Director at Kroll since September 2014, where responsibilities include conducting a wide range of valuation analyses for transactions, tax, and financial reporting purposes. Ezequiel previously held the role of Director Financial Advisory Services, specializing in M&A and valuation consulting within the Oil & Gas industry amidst the Mexican Energy Reform. Prior experience includes directing financial advisory operations at American Appraisal Associates and serving as Senior Manager at Ernst & Young Corporate Finance, where Ezequiel provided M&A, valuations, and business modeling advice to large corporations. Ezequiel began the career as an Investment Analyst at Soluziona and held a prior analyst position at Alta Partners.
