Gary Bell MRICS

Gary Bell MRICS is the Director of the Real Estate Advisory Group at Kroll in the MENA region, a position held since 2024. They previously served as a Senior Surveyor at Cavendish Maxwell in 2013, where they conducted valuations for various banks in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and Ras Al Khaimah. Their earlier experience includes roles as a Chartered Surveyor at Ryden (2007-2013) and as an RICS Registered Valuer at Qatar Valuation Partners (2014-2017), focusing on commercial and residential valuations, agency, and investment. Additionally, Gary held leadership positions at Chestertons MENA from 2018 to 2022 and began their career as a Senior Sales Executive at Foxtons (2005-2007). Gary is currently pursuing an MA at the University of Aberdeen and an MSc at Heriot-Watt University.
