Kyle Nelson

Kyle Nelson currently serves as the Director of Property Tax at Kroll since March 2024, following a tenure at Ryan from October 2019 to March 2024, where the role involved significant expertise in generating valuation opportunities for clients in diverse utility sectors. Prior experience includes positions as Senior Manager, Manager, and Senior Consultant within the Complex Property group at Ryan, which focused on complex property tax issues before transitioning from Marvin F. Poer and Company. Kyle began a career in property tax consulting at KE Andrews, specializing in regulated utilities, and started in financial services as a Loan Officer at Heritage Land Bank. Kyle obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Texas A&M University between 2005 and 2008.
