Nikhil N. Kapur

Nikhil N. Kapur is a seasoned finance professional currently serving as Managing Director and Global Head of Financial Reporting Operations at Kroll (formerly Duff & Phelps) since May 2012. With a strong background in financial reporting, planning, and analysis, Nikhil is recognized as a hands-on manager and trusted advisor to senior finance leaders. Nikhil has successfully led cross-functional project teams in business transformation initiatives, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope and budget. Prior experience includes serving as Head of Finance & Operations at i-Nurture Education Solutions, where Nikhil built finance and operations teams and collaborated on multi-million capital raises, as well as Vice President and Business Analyst at Duff & Phelps, playing a critical role in a $133 million IPO. Earlier experience as a Senior Financial Analyst at Instinet Inc. involved global performance tracking and supporting major acquisition deals. Nikhil holds an MBA from Robert Morris University and a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting from Delhi University.
