Steven Shivcharan

Steven Shivcharan is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition and recruitment management. Currently, Steven serves as Manager II, People at Kroll, overseeing recruitment for various business units, including Compliance Consulting and Security Risk Management, while also designing a global recruitment dashboard. Prior to this role, Steven held multiple positions at CIBC, including Senior Advisor, Talent Acquisition, where leadership in senior recruitment for Capital Markets was demonstrated, and contributions were made to diversity strategies and student engagement programs. Earlier experience includes recruitment roles at Adecco Canada, where management of mass recruitment efforts significantly reduced attrition rates. Steven holds a Post Graduate Certificate in Human Resources from George Brown College and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and Anthropology from the University of Toronto.
