Susan Valentina, MBA, SHRM-SCP, is an experienced Human Capital Business Partner with a strong background in risk management, cybersecurity, and organizational development. Currently serving at Kroll since November 2016, Susan has held various senior HR roles focused on data insights, forensics, and investigations, contributing significantly during a period of rapid expansion. Prior experience at JPMorgan Chase & Co. spanned 16 years, where responsibilities included advising on global security, cyber security, and corporate functions, as well as leading organizational development and diversity initiatives for a large workforce. Susan holds an MBA from NYU Stern School of Business and a BBA from Pace University’s Lubin School of Business.
