Todd Kaltman is the Managing Director of the Duff & Phelps Transaction Opinions Practice at Kroll, LLC, specializing in fairness and solvency opinions and valuation expertise. With over 30 years in financial advisory services, they have significant experience in transaction advisory, complex financial analysis, and securities valuation, particularly in M&A, financing, and corporate transactions. At Kroll since 2000, Todd is responsible for sourcing new business and managing engagement execution. Prior to this role, they served as Senior Vice President at Valuation Counselors, Inc. from 1996 to 2000, focusing on business valuation for transactions. Todd holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration/Finance from California State University-Northridge.
