Xavier Dedullen is a seasoned corporate executive with extensive experience in legal and compliance risk strategy, serving as the SVP - Group Chief Legal Officer and Secretary to the Board of Directors at Ericsson from 2018 to 2022. During their tenure, Xavier led global teams of over 250 professionals, directed transformative initiatives, and oversaw multi-billion dollar M&A transactions and compliance programs recognized for their significant enhancements. Prior to Ericsson, Xavier held various prominent legal positions including Senior Counsel at EBRD and VP and Deputy General Counsel, International at Verizon.
