Anders Høgsgaard Madsen

Anders Høgsgaard Madsen is an Attorney at Kromann Reumert, specializing in advising national and foreign commercial banks, financial institutions, and corporate finance actors on legal and commercial aspects of distressed investments and corporate restructuring. Anders has extensive experience in refinancing distressed debt and distressed M&A. Prior roles include Assistant Attorney and Student Intern, as well as serving as a Student Teacher in International and European Law at Aarhus Universitet, where Anders taught classes on topics such as the Law of Treaties and the Court of Justice of the European Union.
