Camilla Westh Aackermann

Camilla Westh Aackermann is a seasoned HR professional currently serving as a Senior People and Development Consultant at Kromann Reumert since February 2023. Prior to this role, Camilla spent nearly seven years at AIG, holding multiple positions including Nordic HR Business Partner & TA Lead, Nordic HR process and Talent Acquisition Lead, and Nordic HR Generalist. Earlier experiences include serving as an HR Nordic Assistant at Agilent Technologies and completing an internship in Marketing and Communications at PwC Danmark. Camilla holds a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from Copenhagen Business School, where studies were completed between 2014 and 2016, and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Organizational Communication from the same institution from 2011 to 2014, complemented by an exchange semester at Boston University. The foundational education includes a Stx Studentereksamen from Øregård Gymnasium, completed in 2009.
