Octavian Malene

Octavian Malene possesses extensive experience in plant management and logistics, currently serving as Plant Manager (TPM) and Administrator for Romanian Plants at Kromberg & Schubert since September 2006. In this role, Octavian focuses on improving processes in Kroschu plants across Eastern Europe and Tunisia to achieve budget goals related to stock, personnel, and transport. Previous positions at Kromberg & Schubert include Plant Operations Manager and Regional Logistics Manager for East Europe, as well as Logistics Manager responsible for production planning, warehousing, dispatch, material procurement, material flow, and transport. Prior to this, Octavian worked at LEONI Wiring Systems Arad from September 2000 to August 2006, starting as a Procurement Analyst and advancing to Senior Procurement Analyst. Octavian holds a Master's degree in Business/Managerial Economics and a Bachelor's degree in Finance Banking, along with a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from Aurel Vlaicu University and Liceul Teoretic Elena Ghiba Birta Arad, respectively.
