Frank Walker has over 20 years of professional experience in engineering, hardware design, and production management. Frank began their career in 1991 as Production Manager and Owner of Visual Mantra, where they were responsible for sound reinforcement, lighting design, and visual art installations for large concerts, clubs, and corporate events. In 2004, they joined ImagerLabs as a Senior Hardware Design Engineer, where they designed modular embedded systems and analog signal processing chains. In 2008, they attended the Polytechnic Institute of New York University, graduating with Summa Cum Laude honors. In 2010, they joined HCL Technologies and Red Digital Cinema as a Senior Hardware Engineer and Group Lead, working on developing an extremely high-end camera system. In 2011, they joined Kromek Group plc as an Engineering Manager and Principal Engineer, leading a multidisciplinary team of engineers in developing technologies related to high energy photon detection and analysis. Frank was later promoted to Director of Engineering and Principal Electrical Engineer. In 1996, Frank Walker founded Frank Walker Engineering, where they served as Principal Engineer.

Frank Walker received a Masters of Science in Electrical Engineering from the Polytechnic Institute of New York University in 2010, having started their studies in 2008.
