Jim Kinter has worked in a variety of roles in the engineering and operations fields. Jim began their career in 1997 as a Senior Co-op Consultant for H. B. Maynard and Co., Inc. Jim then moved to PNC in 1998, where they served as a Senior Operations Analyst. In 2001, they joined Curtiss-Wright EMD as a Senior Manufacturing Engineer. Jim then moved to Keystone Fastening Technologies in 2012, where they served in the same role. In 2014, they joined Thermal Transfer Corporation as a Manufacturing Engineer, and in 2019 they joined Siemens in the same role. Most recently, they joined Kromek Group plc in 2022 as a Senior Process Engineer.
Jim Kinter completed their Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in Industrial Engineering from the University of Pittsburgh between 1995 and 2004. Prior to this, they completed a degree in Business Administration with a focus in Marketing from Indiana University of Pennsylvania between 1984 and 1988.
