Almu's earlier tenure at Dragados SA encompassed roles in business development and engineering, contributing to significant projects such as the Atocha High-Speed Station Expansion. Educational qualifications include an Executive MBA from IE Business School, a leadership program from the University of California, Berkeley, and a Master of Architecture from Universidad Politécnica de Madrid, along with BREEAM Associate accreditation.
