Glen Aw is currently the Vice President of Business Development at Kronos Research, where they focus on market making, OTC sales, and strategic investments. Glen has been actively involved in the blockchain and cryptocurrency space since DeFi summer 2020, with experience in deal origination and investment analysis across Web3 and DeFi sectors. Prior to this, they served as an Investment Manager at Presto Labs and held roles with Arcane Group and Gate Ventures. Glen earned a Master of Science in Finance from the National University of Singapore and a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from the University of Birmingham. Outside of work, Glen enjoys engaging with online communities and participating in sports like golf, badminton, and snowboarding.
