Irlanda Gómez's work experience includes various roles in different companies. In 2014, they had internships at Bepensa Motriz and Avis México. In 2015, they worked at NGN Telecom as a buyer and logistic support for food exports. From 2017 to 2018, they worked as a customer service executive at AMERISA LOGISTICS. In 2018, they were a key account manager at TL del Sur and an administrative assistant at CDA PENINSULA. In 2019, they worked as a key account manager at AMERISA LOGISTICS and in sales at Kukulcán Express. In 2021, they worked as a business developer at DYPAQ ENVIOS and currently holds the position of commercial executive at KNZ-Kronoz.

Irlanda Gómez completed their Bachelor's degree in International Business from Universidad Anáhuac Mayab between 2011 and 2015. After a gap of a few years, they pursued a Master's degree in Business Administration with a focus on logistics from Universidad del Valle de México, which they successfully completed between 2019 and 2021.
