Iqra Ahmed

Iqra Ahmed has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Iqra began their career in 2016 as a Retail Artist at MAC Cosmetics, where they worked until 2018. During their time at MAC Cosmetics, Iqra gained valuable customer service and sales skills.

In 2017, they transitioned to the legal sector and joined the Witness Service at Luton Crown Court. Their role involved providing support for witnesses during court proceedings. Iqra's time at the court lasted until 2018.

Following their experience at Luton Crown Court, Iqra joined TSYS in 2018 as a Chargebacks Specialist. At TSYS, they investigated potential credit card fraud cases, identified high-risk transactions, and analyzed account history.

Their most recent role is with Kroo Bank, where they currently hold two positions. Since October 2022, Iqra has been a Card Operations Specialist, and starting from January 2023, they also serve as a Fraud & Disputes Chargeback Specialist.

Throughout their work experience, Iqra has acquired a diverse skill set, including fraud detection, customer service, sales, and legal support.

Iqra Ahmed attended the University of Westminster from 2015 to 2018, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Criminology.
