James Littlefair

Between 2017 and 2022, James Littlefair worked at Automation Consultants as the Head Of Managed Services. In this role, they oversaw the management of services provided by the company.

In November 2017, they became an Atlassian Certified Jira Administrator, and in May 2018, they earned the Atlassian Certified Jira Service Desk Administrator certification. Lastly, in May 2019, James obtained the Atlassian Skills Badge: Scaling Jira from Atlassian.
