Sara Kropf

Sara Kropf is a co-founder of Kropf Moseley Schmitt PLLC, a women-owned law firm in Washington, DC, specializing in government investigations and civil litigation since September 2019. Prior to this, Sara founded a law firm focused on defending individuals and companies under government investigation and civil litigation from January 2013 to September 2019. Sara's earlier experience includes a partner role at Baker Botts LLP, where the practice centered on white-collar criminal defense and complex business litigation from September 2002 to January 2013. Sara also served as a law clerk for Hon. Paul Niemeyer at the US Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit and as a law clerk and summer associate at Miller, Cassidy, Larroca & Lewin. Educational achievements include a PhD in American Politics and a JD (magna cum laude) from Georgetown University, as well as a BA in Political Science (summa cum laude) from Georgetown University and a study period at the University of Oxford.
