Kelvin Willian serves as the Head of Data at ASSERTIV - Benefícios + Seguros since July 2024, leading data strategy with a focus on digital transformation and enhancing customer experience in healthcare. Previously, Kelvin held various positions including Data Engineer and Senior Planning Analyst at Kroton and Senior MIS Analyst at Neobpo. Other roles include Senior Planning Analyst at dsb, IT Professor at Microlins and CIEE, Web Developer at Devoteam, and Business Intelligence Analyst at Voghan. Kelvin holds an MBA in Data Science and Analytics from USP/Esalq and a degree in Systems Analysis and Development from Universidade Anhembi Morumbi, alongside a technical qualification in Electronics from Etec Getúlio Vargas.
