Maron Marcel Guimarães

Mr. Guimarães is the Chief Administrative Officer of Kroton. He has bachelor’s degrees in Business Administration (1995) and Accounting Sciences (1996) from Universidade Paulista, a graduate degree in Marketing from Universidade Paulista and an MBA from the Brazilian Capital Markets Institute (IBMEC). Previously he served as Financial and Planning Director of Anhanguera Educacional Ltda., Director at AESA Empreendimentos Imobiliários Ltda., Director of Clínica Médica Anhanguera Ltda., Director of Sociedade Educacional Plinio Leite S/S Ltda., Director of Instituto Educacional Prof. Luiz Rosa Ltda., Director of AESA Empreendimentos Imobiliários do ABC Ltda., Director AESA Empreendimentos Imobiliários da Região Metropolitana Ltda. and Director of Instituto Excelência Ltda. He also served as Executive Director of the Financial Department and Shared Services Center at Camargo Corrêa Group (2008-2011), financial, accounts payable and treasury manager at Grupo Vivo/Telefônica (1999-2008), general manager of the financial and administrative departments at Clube Pequeninos do Jockey (1996-1998) and external auditor at KPMG - Auditores Independentes S.A.
