Michaël Ball

Micha Roon is a technology leader with extensive experience in engineering and innovation within the blockchain and software development sectors. Currently serving as the Head of Engineering at The Hashgraph Association, Micha supports innovation projects through training and mentorship. As the owner and founder of managination, Micha focuses on enhancing the software development landscape. Previous roles include Head of Web3 Engineering at NOUMENA DIGITAL AG, Chief Technology Officer at bonq, and Chief Innovation Officer at Energy Web. Micha has contributed to various organizations as a board member, advisor, and technical lead, emphasizing decentralization, self-sovereign finance, and IoT communication. Micha holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Lausanne and has completed additional education in fintech and project management.
