Jose Luis Perez has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and positions. Jose Luis started their career in 1992 as a Senior Consultant at Andersen Consulting. From 1997 to 2001, they worked as a Gerente Técnico at Gerencia & Tecnología, where they implemented commercial offices and project offices and developed project management software. Jose Luis then served as Gerente de Operaciones at Suplacorp SAC from 2001 to 2009, overseeing strategic, administrative, financial, and operational management. Jose was the CIO at CARTOPAC SAC from 2010 to 2015, leading technological processes, supporting strategic projects, conducting information audits, and monitoring performance indicators. Jose Luis then worked as a Business Development Manager at Continental SAC from 2015 to 2017. In 2016, they co-founded Krowdy, and in 2018, they became the General Manager at i-Vinum. Jose's experience showcases their expertise in various aspects of business management and technology.

Jose Luis Perez completed their Bachelor of Arts in Administration and Business Management from Tulane University - A.B. Freeman School of Business in the years 2004-2007. Jose Luis also pursued a similar degree in Business Administration from CENTRUM PUCP during the same period. Additionally, they obtained a diploma as an Expert Taster and Sommelier from Le Cordon Bleu Peru in 2017-2018.

Earlier in their educational journey, from 1986-1989, Jose studied Computer Science at the Universidad Nacional Mayor de San Marcos. Jose Luis also pursued Mathematics from the same university from 1981-1987.

Krowdy fue fundada en el 2016 para resolver un problema por el que pasan todas las organizaciones: Encontrar talento… sin que eso signifique un costo tan alto ni miles de horas de trabajo y revisiones interminables de currículos y candidatos que muchas veces no cumplen con el perfil. Es así que respaldados en el uso de tres tecnologías: Inteligencia Artificial, Crowdsourcing y SmartVideos, Krowdy desarrolla una plataforma de reclutamiento digital que encuentra, filtra y evalúa candidatos de manera más óptima pues se han automatizado y digitalizado las partes más operativas del proceso, reduciendo el tiempo de selección de semanas a días.
