Allison Matzke

Allison Matzke serves as an HR Business Partner at KI since January 2016, where responsibilities include partnering with C-Suite executives on various HR functions such as recruiting, retention, performance management, and employee relations. Previous experience includes roles as a Corporate Recruiter at KI, a Recruiter at Volt Workforce Solutions, and a Senior Program Manager at Rasmussen College, where recruitment and employee engagement were key responsibilities. Allison Matzke began the career as an Administrative Intern with the Village of Howard after earning a Bachelor of Science in Public Administration, Political Science, and Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay.
