Rob Wurm

Rob Wurm is an accomplished Senior Industrial Designer at KI, with a focus on furniture and furniture systems since August 2016. Additionally, Rob serves as the Principal Designer at Renewable Designs, where innovative ideas and new technologies are explored outside of regular responsibilities. Previous experience includes roles such as Contract Yacht Designer at Cruisers Yachts, Exterior Transportation Designer for Drake Automotive Group, and Industrial Designer at Oshkosh Corporation. Rob also contributed as a Senior Industrial Designer at Wild Blue Technologies, designing products and managing detailed client specifications. The career includes contract positions with Palmer Johnson Yachts, TriTek Engineering, SC Johnson Wax, and Kohler Co., where Rob played significant roles in product development, CAD modeling, and concept design. Rob holds a BFA in Product and Furniture Design from the College for Creative Studies and has previously studied Mechanical Engineering and Industrial Design at The Ohio State University.
