Gina Nelthorpe Cowne

Gina (nee Kruger) co-founded the Kruger Cowne talent management agency with Mark almost 20 years ago. She says that she is proud to see how the business has grown to be an international success today, representing top creative talent and stars, industry professionals and leaders from all over the world, and working with some of the largest and most respected corporations, event organisations and private customers internationally.

Having the experience of creating and running one of the most successful modelling agencies in South Africa, amongst other businesses, before she emigrated to England and then continuing here with her involvement in cutting edge Public Relations and Events, Gina is well placed to understand her customers’ needs and support them with the best and most relevant talent available.

Whilst Gina maintains a close eye on the business every day she is also working on the ‘front line’ to ensure her customer and talent needs are met. Gina has a deep understanding of matching exactly what customers wants with exactly what her talent can deliver, at the same time as treating each enquiry and commitment with diligent care and utmost consideration.

Out of the office, Gina co-founded the charity, and is a trustee of, Free the Wild, which is a concern dedicated to the welfare of captive wild animals and which assists with releasing, where possible, some of these animals into trusted sanctuaries. Gina is passionate about Wildlife and Nature and you will often find her rediscovering her roots deep in the African bushveld or other remote locations. She loves yoga, photography and music and also enjoys cooking and trying new baking experiments in her kitchen.
