Jonathan Zufelt possesses extensive experience in sales operations and business analysis, currently serving as a Sales Operations Coordinator at Kruger Family Industries since July 2015. Responsibilities include sales development, project management, and account management, with a focus on emerging markets and marketing strategy. Prior to this, Jonathan was a Business Analyst at The Longaberger Company from June 1999 to June 2014, where responsibilities included leading forecasting efforts and administering the MultiCaster system, successfully maintaining a forecast variance of 10-15% for 1,600 SKUs across nine product categories. Earlier in Jonathan's career, from February 1995 to June 1999, experience as a Planning Analyst at the Area Agency on Aging, Region 9, Inc. involved strategic planning and service delivery projections based on demographic and census data. Jonathan holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Bowling Green State University and further education from the University of Mount Union.
