Karina Seto possesses extensive experience in project development and engineering within the hydropower and dam sectors. Currently serving as Manager of Project Development at Kruger Inc. since June 2025, Karina previously held the position of Canadian Structural Discipline Lead for Hydropower, Dams & Hydraulic Structures at Kiewit from January 2023 to June 2025. Prior roles at WSP in Canada included Strategy and Business Development Lead for Hydropower & Dams in Ontario, and various engineering and business development positions from 2013 to 2023. Karina holds a Bachelor of Engineering and Society in Civil Engineering and International Studies from McMaster University, as well as a Master of Applied Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Toronto.
