Mansoor also held the position of Global Vice President - Incontinence Care, overseeing global strategy, brand development, and innovation management for a 2 billion-dollar consumer healthcare brand. Additionally, Mansoor Parvaiz was the Vice President of Operations for the North American Medical Device division, where they focused on product innovation, cost-efficient manufacturing, and optimized supply chain.

Mansoor earlier worked at Weyerhaeuser/Paragon Trade Brands as a Unit Leader and Process Engineer. Overall, Mansoor Parvaiz has a wealth of experience in operations, supply chain, strategy, and leadership roles in various industries.

Mansoor Parvaiz completed the Advanced Management Program at Harvard Business School in 2017. Prior to that, they earned an MBA degree from Vanderbilt University - Owen Graduate School of Management in 2002, with a focus on Business. In 1992, Mansoor obtained a Master of Engineering degree in Industrial Engineering from Texas A&M University.
